Our chocolate labrador 'Buttons' is adored by the whole family.

I know that when Pampered Pets walk her, she is cared for in the same way that we care for her. She really looks forward to her walks and wags her tail like mad when she is collected. She is walked on her own not with a crowd of other dogs and she is walked where I would choose to walk her. She certainly has lots of fun and attention.

Our cat 'Rumple' is a Bengal and has always been an exceptionally

nervous character - often hiding for hours. However, the very first time that Lesley & John visited us to introduce themselves, Rumple went straight up to them and allowed them to stroke and even brush him. This is something that is extremely rare for him but I'm sure he trusted them immediately. Ever since then, he has always been happy to see them and makes himself known when they visit.
